Manufacturing laboratory

The production laboratory of Minsktelecomstroy OJSC is a structural subdivision of Minsktelekomstroy OJSC and was created on the basis of the order of the director in 2004.

The production laboratory is accredited in the RB Accreditation System for technical competence in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO / IEC 17025-2001, STB ISO 9001-2001.

In its activities, the production laboratory is guided by the current legislative acts and guidelines issued by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the State Standard, documents of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, TNLA, the quality system of the production laboratory, the Charter of the enterprise, measurement methods, job descriptions, and the Regulation on the production laboratory ...

The production laboratory has a quality system that ensures the reliability and objectivity of measurement results. A description of the quality system is given in the Quality Manual.

The structure and provision of the laboratory comply with the requirements established by the Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus.

The main task of an accredited production laboratory is to carry out tests and measurements in accordance with the scope of accreditation.

The field of activity of the production laboratory includes the following measurements and tests:
I Measurements during the installation of optical and copper communication lines and station structures:

  • Measurement of loop resistance, asymmetry, insulation, crosstalk attenuation of copper communication cables.
  • Ground resistance measurements.
  • Measurement of attenuation of an optical cable, attenuation at connections, optical length of optical cables.
  • Measurement of linear and group paths.

II Electrophysical measurements in electrical installations up to 1000 V:

  • Measurement of resistance of grounding devices of any geometrical dimensions, determination of soil resistivity, active resistance and measurement of resistance of grounding wiring.
  • Carrying out measurements when checking the presence of a circuit between the grounding (neutralizing) device and the grounded (neutralized) elements, as well as between the grounded (neutralized) installations and the elements of the grounded (neutralized) installation.
  • Insulation resistance measurement.
  • Measurement of short-circuit current and touch voltage.

In accordance with the main task, the laboratory performs the following functions:

  • measurements and tests;
  • execution and approval of protocols and technical reports on the results of tests and measurements;
  • development, updating and improvement of measurement techniques;
  • mastering and implementation of new equipment, advanced technologies and rationalization proposals;
  • implementation of the binding of the laid construction cable lengths and the execution of as-built documentation for the mounted objects.
  • organization of timely maintenance, repair and verification (certification, calibration) of measuring instruments;
  • advanced training and professional skills of specialists;
  • creation and management of office work in compliance with the requirements for confidentiality of information.

The staff of the production laboratory is made up of highly qualified specialists capable of performing all types of tests in accordance with the scope of the PL accreditation.

In 2007, methods were developed and protected for new activities and for newly acquired devices:

  • Measurement of resistance of grounding devices of any geometrical dimensions, determination of soil resistivity, active resistances and measurement of resistance of grounding wiring using the F4103-M1 device.
  • Carrying out measurements when checking the presence of a circuit between the grounding (neutralizing) device and the grounded (neutralized) elements, as well as between the grounded (neutralized) installations and the elements of the grounded (neutralized) installation with the M372 device.
  • Measurements of short-circuit current and touch voltage using the EK0200 device.
  • Measuring the resistance of grounding devices and soil resistivity during tests on electrical installations up to 1000 V with the M416 device.
  • Measurements of insulation resistance in electrical installations up to 1000 V.

The tasks of the production laboratory include the preparation of documents for new types of activities (licenses) for the design, installation, adjustment and maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems, security equipment and systems and fire automation.
Employees of the production laboratory regularly, in accordance with the approved schedule, carry out control tests at the facilities already handed over to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of measurements, as well as electrophysical measurements at the sites of Minsktelekomstroy.
